About this event

The Basics of Workers’ Compensation Fraud – An Inside Look from the DA’s Office

Description
Join us for an exclusive opportunity to hear directly from two members of the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office as they pull back the curtain on workers’ compensation fraud. From their front-line perspective, you’ll gain insight into the two most common types of fraud, what it really takes to prosecute these cases, and—most importantly—how investigators like us can provide the strongest evidence to support prosecution.

This is your chance to learn what red flags prosecutors look for, what makes or breaks a case, and how you can position your investigative work to have the biggest impact. Don’t miss this insider’s view into how claimant fraud and premium fraud are handled in court and what you can do to make your cases stand out.
