All attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff, and volunteers participating in the 2025 CALI Conference are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.

Harassment, intimidation, aggressive behavior, or any demeaning conduct will not be tolerated at CALI events. Participants are required to adhere to CALI’s Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment Policy throughout the duration of the conference.

Any violations may result in disciplinary action, including sanctions or removal from the event without a refund, at the discretion of the CALI President and Conference Committee.

DRESS CODE
The recommended attire for the conference is business casual. For added comfort, we suggest wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a lightweight jacket or cardigan, as meeting room temperatures may fluctuate and are sometimes beyond our control.

The attire for the President’s Dinner & Awards on Friday, August 22, 2025 is semi-formal.

SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS
The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Sonoma Wine Country is a fully accessible venue that accommodates guests with special needs. If you have a disability and require reasonable accommodation to participate in the conference, please contact the CALI office by emailing info@cali-pi.org or calling 949-715-5401.

To ensure accommodations can be arranged in a timely manner, advance notice is strongly encouraged. If possible, please notify us of any accessibility needs by August 1, 2025, to allow ample time for arrangements to be made. While this date is recommended, accommodation requests will be accepted up to and including the day of the event.
