Hotel Room Rates
CALI’s 2025 Annual Conference will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Sonoma Wine Country. Guest rooms can be reserved online or by phone directly through the hotel at 707-584-5466, the CALI Group Code is ACF. The discounted group rate for CALI attendees is $184 per night, plus tax/fees, for accommodations with 1 King Bed or 2 Queen Beds, based on availability.

Hotel Reservation Deadline
The CALI group rate of $184 per night, plus tax/fees is available until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 29, 2025, or until the group room block is fully booked—whichever occurs first. Early reservations are strongly recommended to ensure availability.

Parking: Complimentary self-parking is available for all registered CALI conference attendees.
Valet Parking: Not offered.
