CALI San Joaquin South District Mixer
About this event
Join us for our CALI San Joaquin South District Networking Mixer!
Meet your fellow Investigators and learn what they specialize in. This is an opportunity to meet fellow Investigators from the Fresno area and beyond. You can introduce yourself and tell us what kind of work you do and what kind of work you are looking for.
According to UC Davis, the San Joaquin valley is the most productive agricultural region in the world, growing over 250 crops including grapes, almonds, pistachios, carrots, potatoes, oranges, cotton, alfalfa hay and much more. Fresno, Tulare and Kern counties produce over ten billion dollars a year in crops. That's BILLION, with a "B". All that productivity brings with it a special type of crime called Ag Crime. Fresno, Tulare and Kern counties all have a special unit within their Sheriff departments that specialize in rural or Ag crimes.
Joining us at this San Joaquin mixer are two Detectives and a Sergeant from the Tulare County Sheriff's Department Ag Crimes Unit. They will tell us about the unique crimes they investigate and how they solve those crimes. They will answer your questions and give you a unique understanding of the very special place we call the San Joaquin valley.
Our networking mixer is free for both members and non-members. However, we request that you register in advance to participate. Early registration will help us prepare for your arrival.
Please register now to join us! Your registration includes two complimentary drinks and appetizers.
If you have any questions about this mixer, please contact Mitch Rowland, San Joaquin District Director, at 661-304-8939 or mitch@rowlandinvestigations.com.
