Special CALI Bylaw Amendments
In August, the CALI Board of Directors voted to change CALI’s fiscal year to a calendar year. With that change, it's necessary to amend specific Bylaws that pertain to important deadlines for a fiscal year ending in June, and to modify when directors and officers are elected. The board also decided to extend the terms for all governors from one year to two years, matching the period for directors.
