Dear CALI Members:

CALI is seeking qualified and committed members to serve our association in key leadership positions. Participation on the CALI Board of Directors is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the world's largest PI association, support our diverse membership, and represent California Private Investigators on issues impacting our profession.

Terms of Office and Open Positions
All positions are two-year terms beginning January 1, 2024, and ending December 31, 2025. Eligible members interested in running for office should note the following election schedule, deadlines, and available positions.

The CALI Board of Directors and Elections Committee would like to remind everyone that the voting membership adopted the change of bylaw 9.03 to align all Board positions to two-year terms effective January 1, 2024. As such, two (2) Director-At-Large positions are open from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025. On the upcoming election ballot, voting members will be able to vote for two candidates to fill these positions.

This call for candidates includes the District Director and District Governor positions, which will be voted on electronically, on the same ballot as statewide positions, and not at an in-person District level meeting.
